Arab Film Festival of Oran honours Egyptian artists

CAIRO – 21 July 2017: The 10th edition of Arab Film Festival of Oran will kick off on July 25 and continue till July 31 in the Algerian city, Oran.

The festival this year will honour the veteran Egyptian actor Ezzat el-Alayly, the renowned Egyptian star Khaled el-Sawy and the famous Syrian actress Raghada.

The festival will hold a special ceremony to honour ‘Mawlana’ Egyptian movie, that will be attended by the film heroine Dorra, the movie author Ibrahim Eissa and its director Magdy Ahmed Aly.

The jury head of the features films committee is the Tunisian director Farid Abou Ghadeer, the jury head of the documentary films’ committee is the great Palestinian director Micheal el-Khalifi and concerning the short movies committee it is headed by the Algerian director Abdel Karim Tarayda.
