England-based street artist, political activist and film director Banksy‘s latest art piece calls for a ceasefire in Gaza as it came in the form of a “Stop” traffic sign emblazoned with war planes.

Banksy’s new piece has been stolen, less than an hour after he announced its arrival in south London.

The UN Security Council adopted on December 22 a resolution demanding immediate, safe and unhindered delivery of humanitarian assistance at scale directly to the Palestinian civilian population throughout the Gaza Strip.

The UNSC resolution on Gaza was adopted with 13 votes in favor, and the US and Russia abstaining.
