La Scala Opera House in Milan witnessed a protest calling for Ceasefire in Gaza during the annual Christmas concert rehearsals.
 
“Stop Bombing Gaza” banner was placed inside the acclaimed Opera House.
 
 
 
The UN Security Council adopted on December 22 a resolution demanding immediate, safe and unhindered delivery of humanitarian assistance at scale directly to the Palestinian civilian population throughout the Gaza Strip.

 

 

The UNSC resolution on Gaza was adopted with 13 votes in favor, and the US and Russia abstaining.
