A portrait of acclaimed Palestinian photo-journalist Motaz Azaiza was painted in Burnage Manchester.

Since October 7, Motaz's Instagram posts and media appearances have captured the world, offering humane and tragic insight into the plight of the Palestinians.

More than 80 journalists and some of their family members have been killed over the last 2 months in Gaza by the Israeli occupation forces.

Dozens of Palestinian civilians, including children and women, have been killed, and others have been injured, wjhile dozens of homes, buildings, residential apartments, and public and private property have been destroyed in the ongoing Israeli occupation bombardment of the Gaza Strip, by land, sea and air, said the Palestinian embassy in Cairo in a statement.
