CAIRO – 24 November 2022: On November 24, numerous cultural and artistic events will be held in various locations.
At 7:00 p.m., the Cultural Production Affairs Sector, headed by director Khaled Galal, is holding the annual celebration of the October Victories at the National Theater in Attaba. The celebration will be attended by Egypt’s Minister of Culture Nevine el-Kilany. During the ceremony, a number of heroes of the armed forces who participated in the October War will be honored, in addition to honoring a number of creators who presented successful patriotic works of art.
At 6:30 p.m., Head of the Egyptian Opera House Magdy Saber will inaugurate an art exhibition entitled "Fantasia", in Salah Taher Hall, with the participation of 4 female artists. The exhibition is set to run until November 30.
At 6 p.m., Al-Mostakbal Library will organize a symposium entitled "Trend Obsession". This symposium comes within the framework of family, community and media awareness, to confront the ferocity of electronic wars that directly and indirectly targets youth through social media.
Furthermore, the Arab National Music Ensemble will perform a new concert led by Maestro Hazem El-Qasabji, at 8 p.m. on the Grand Theater of the Cairo Opera House. The ensemble will present a selection of the most famous musical works created by the greatest composers.
