CAIRO – 28 September 2022: Gamal Abdel Nasser Museum is one of the most famous museums of leaders in Egypt. The museum was opened recently.
It gives a panoramic view of the life of the leader who passed away on September 28, 1970.
The museum was inaugurated on September 28, 2016, in the presence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and former Minister of Culture Helmy el-Namnam.
The museum is located on a total area of 13,400 square meters. It consists of a two-story building, and the rest is a private garden.
The museum includes many documents and personal belongings of Abdel Nasser, in addition to his personal and family photos, clothes, cameras, pens, uniforms, medals, souvenirs, and also the furniture of his home, which includes the living room, office room, bedroom and salon.
