The Egypt Tourism Authority has contracted with a specialized international company in preparation of a promotional strategy for Saint Catherine in order to be implemented in various countries.
The promotional strategy is tailor made to highlight Saint Catherine as a unique destination, of religious and historical importance, which is also on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
This agreement is in light of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s instructions to promote Saint Catherine in South Sinai, the site in which the “Greatest Transfiguration” occurred, and to highlight its touristic, archaeological, environmental, and spiritual value.
