Famed Egyptian singer Mohamed Mohsen will perform at Roman Amphitheatre in Alexandria on August 7, as part of the Summer Festival concerts.
Mohsen is scheduled to present in the concert his most popular songs which include “Fe Albi Makan”, “Hodnak Haya”, “Zay Aghani Zman”, "Habat el-Nada”, and “Habayib Zaman".
Mohsen performed at Cairo Opera House on November 7, 2021, as part of Arab Music Festival concerts.
Mohsen performed at Cairo Opera House on September 24 and August 5.
Egypt’s Ministry of Culture’s YouTube channel presented a concert performed by Mohsen and veteran Syrian singer Safwan Bahlwan on June 18, 2020.
The two famed Arab singers were accompanied by the Arab Music Ensemble led by maestro Hazem el-Qasabgy.
Mohsen participated for the first time in the 55th edition of Hammamet International Festival in Tunisia with a concert that took place on August 4, 2019.
Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering in Cairo University, Mohsen later specialized in music composing and singing and released his first album called "Alef f Shawaraek" (Roaming in your streets) in 2012.
He was nominated for Best Arabic Singer Award in Gordon Awards Festival, and won the Best Singer Award in Al-Ahram Awards Ceremony in 2012.
Mohsen has also taken on an acting career, participating in theatre plays such as “Hekayat El-Nas Fi Sawret 1919” (People’s Stories in 1919 Revolution) in the Egyptian National Theatre and “Leila men Alf Leila” (A Night from a Thousand Nights) with veteran actor Yehia el-Fakharany .
He also participated in the TV series “Zay El-Ward” (Like Flowers), singing in some segments of the show.
Mohsen is married to famed Egyptian actress Heba Magdy.
