Egyptian caricature art exhibition to launch in Greater Cairo Library on July 24

CAIRO – 24 July 2022: An exhibition of  Egyptian caricature art entitled "Departed Symbols” will launch at Greater Cairo Library on July 24 at 6 pm, with the participation of the Egyptian Cartoonists Association.

The exhibition will honor a group of late artists in the field of cinema, theater and television by displaying pictures and portraits of them. The artists include  Ahmed Morsi, Samir Ghanem, and Ragaa el-Gedawy, alongside a large group of late Egyptian artists, media personalities and intellectuals.

The exhibition includes 50 paintings by 30 artists from all the governorates of Egypt.
