Egypt’s Opera House to celebrate July 23 Revolution on July 23

CAIRO – 20 July 2022: On July 23 at 8 p.m., the Egyptian Opera House is organizing a national celebration on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the glorious July 23 Revolution at Cairo Opera’s Fountain Theater.

The celebratory concert will be performed by the Arab Music Troupe, with the participation of the Opera’s Children Choir.

Egypt’s Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem stated that plans to revive the national memory of society is continuing, adding that the July 23 Revolution is present in the conscience of the Egyptian people as a source of will and inspiration and a catalyst of creativity in various fields.

Abdel Dayem indicated that the July 23 Revolution's sponsorship of thought led to the flourishing of culture and the creation of immortal works that expressed part of the features of the national revolutionary project aspiring for development and construction.
