Egypt’s ‘Kira & El Gin’, one of the top 10 highest earning movies in Egyptian cinemas

The film is produced by  leading production company Synergy Films.

"Kira & Gin" is based on the novel “1919” by Ahmed Mourad.

 

The movie incidents take place in 1919, shedding the light on this part of Egypt’s history and how the people fought the British occupation. 

“ Kira & Gin” narrates true patriotic stories of the Egyptian heroes at that time.

The movie cast had shot some scenes before the coronavirus outbreak.

The highly popular Egyptian movie witnessed for the first time a cinematic cooperation between two giant stars Karim Abdel Aziz who plays Kira role and Ahmed Ezz, who plays the role of Gen.

Egyptian- Tunisian Star Hend Sabry embodies the character of  Dawlat Fahmy, the female leading role in the movie.

The movie houses a notable group of stars such as Sayed Ragab, Ahmed Malek, Aly Kassem, Huda El Mufti, in addition to several other guests of honor and foreign actors.

 

 

“Kira & El Gin” is directed by Marwan Hamed.

 

It is worth mentioning that a Abdel Aziz and Ezz participated in the highly popular patriotic series “El Ekhteyar” ( The Choice) part 3 which was released in Ramadan 2022 and achieved huge success.
