16th ‘First Time Exhibition’ launches on June 15

CAIRO -15 June 2022: The 16th “First Time Exhibition" will launch at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina on June 15 at 2 pm, in the Conference Center's Eastern Exhibition Hall. The exhibition runs until July 3.

Since the opening of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the "First Time" exhibition has appeared as an artistic forum that differs in its concept from other artistic exhibitions and forums for youth. The exhibition focuses on presenting an integrated experience for talented young artists at the beginning of their artistic career. The library supports them by presenting their creativity for the "first time" in a way that highlights their artistic experience for the audience, establishing the artist's presence in the art scene.

Over the previous 15 editions, this artistic forum has opened many horizons for participating artists from various governorates of Egypt, and many of them have become stars in the Egyptian art scene. Seventeen artists have been chosen to present their artistic works in the exhibition’s 16th edition.
