CAIRO – 8 May 2022: On May 8, numerous artistic events will be held in various locations.
At 7 pm, Al-Suhaymi Creativity Center on Al-Moez Street will host the Nile Folk Music Ensemble, affiliated with the General Authority for Cultural Palaces. The ensemble will present a variety of folklore performances, in addition to the El-Tanoura dance.
The Symphony Orchestra will present international classical compositions at Cairo Opera’s Grand Theater in a concert titled “Egypt in Music,” led by Maestro Nader Abbasi. During the concert, Dalia Farouk, Amina Khairat, Mostafa Medhat, and Reda Al-Wakeel will perform. The concert’s program includes a number of international classics inspired by the ancient Egyptian civilization.
El-Sawy Culture Wheel will host a concert featuring the Genocide band, the Radioactive Toy band and Zaeer band, at 7pm in Al-Nahr Hall.
