Romanian media delegation enjoys a visit to the Great Pyramids Antiquities Area

CAIRO – 6 April 2022: Immediately after their meeting with Egypt’s Minister of Tourism & Antiquities Khaled el-Enani on April 5, the Romanian media delegation, which included representatives of major newspapers and television channels, headed to visit the Giza Pyramids Antiquities Area.

They were received by Director General of the Giza Pyramids Antiquities Area Ashraf Mohieldin, and took them on a tour inside the archaeological area.

Mohieldin said that the tour included the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the Great Sphinx and the Panorama Area.

The delegation listened to an explanation about the history of the archaeological area and the grandeur of building the pyramids and the Sphinx.

At the end of the visit, the delegation expressed their enjoyment of visiting the Great Pyramids and enjoying the grandeur of its construction and the miraculous carving of the Great Sphinx. They were also keen to take memorial photos to record their visit.

It is worth noting that Enani convened with the media delegation in a dialogue meeting about their introductory visit to the tourist cities of Egypt and introducing them to the most important diverse tourist and archaeological elements that the Egyptian tourist destination enjoys.
