‘Al A’edoun’ reminds us with pilot Muath al-Kasasbeh who was burned to death by ISIS

The second episode of “ El A’edoun” (The Returnees) showed the burning of the Egyptian agent Hussein ( Mohamed Farag) by ISIS.

 

Farag provided a dazzling and credible performance that impressed all the series audience and made them shed tears.


The scene of Hussein death in “El A’edoun” was so impressive, highlighting Hussein's strong belief in God and his cause, but at the same time, it highlighted the brutality of ISIS as they burned him alive.

Episode two of “El A’edoun” revealed how ISIS leader gave his order to burn Hussein alive after he failed to reach an agreement with him to record a video in which he disavows those he worked with and declares his repentance to leave him alive, but he refused.

“El A’edoun” series reminds us with Jordanian pilot Muath al-Kasasbeh who was captured and burned to death by ISIS after his F-16 fighter aircraft crashed over Syria.

 

 

 
The popular superstar Amir Karara is competing in Ramadan drama marathon this year with “El A’edoun” series which is based on a true story from the files of the Egyptian Intelligence.
 
 
The general theme of the ​​series discusses the  idea of recycling terrorism and exporting it to Egypt through the returnees from ISIS, how they were prepared there in order to return to Egypt to spread terrorism, and most importantly how the Egyptian state faced this challenge with a proactive plan and a future vision that made the government deal with this scheme early.
 
Beside Karara the series houses a number of acclaimed actors including Amina Khalil, Mahmoud Abdel Moghny, Mido Adel, Eslam Gamal among others.
El A’edoun is written by Baher Dewidar, directed by Ahmed Nader Galal and produced by Saadi-Gohar production company.
