Nagat Farouk's art exhibition ‘When I Was Little’ launches on Feb. 9

CAIRO – 9 February 2022: On February 9 at 7 p.m., Al-Gezira Arts Center will host the opening of a new art exhibition for the artist Nagat Farouk, entitled “When I was Little”,

The exhibition runs until February 24.

In the exhibition, Farouk will present a selection of her newest artworks, which embodies the artist’s journey since childhood.

It is worth noting that Farouk works as a supervisor of the plastic arts department at the Cultural Development Fund Sector. She holds a PhD in Art.

Farouk participated in numerous group exhibitions, and won many artistic awards, the most recent of which was the Painting Award from the Ismailia Micro Art Biennale.
