Renowned theatrical director Galal el Sharkawy died aged 87 after Covid-19 battle.

 

 
Minister of Culture Ines Abdel Dayem mourned on Friday the death of the acclaimed director Galal el Sharkawy.
 
In press statements, the minister offered condolences to the deceased’s family, friends and lovers.
 
She added that Sharkawy had contributed to introducing generations of film and theater stars.
