Directly after its release the first Arabic Netflix Film “ Perfect Strangers” ( Ashab Wala Aaz) stirs wide controversy. The film was subjected to great criticism because of the ideas and scenes it houses which some considered to be inappropriate for Egyptian society, seeing that the movie contains dialogue that was not presented before in any Arabic or Egyptian movie. Some criticized the film from an artistic perspective, seeing it as an exact copy from the Italian version, without adding any artistic creativity.
