Al-Ghouri Troupe for Arabic Music & Heritage to perform concert in Al-Sennari Archaeological House on Jan. 23

CAIRO – 20 January 2022: The Bibliotheca Alexandrina, in cooperation with the General Authority for Culture Palaces, is organizing a new concert for Al-Ghouri Troupe for Arabic Music & Heritage, on January 23 at 6 p.m. at the Al-Sennari Archaeological House.

The band will present a variety of songs for great composers and singers, for the lovers of heritage and distinguished lyrical works.

The concert comes within the keenness of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and the General Authority for Culture Palaces to spread awareness and culture and preserve the heritage of the Arabic music.

It is noteworthy that Al-Ghouri Troupe for Arabic Music & Heritage was established in 1971, with the aim of shedding light on the Arabic music and its rich and varied heritage, and emphasizing that it is considered part of our culture, due to its role and  achievements.
