Ahmed el-Haggar passes away at 65

CAIRO – 5 January 2022: Singer and composer Ahmed el-Haggar, brother of Egypt’s star Ali el-Haggar and son of musician Ibrahim el-Haggar, passed away on January 4, at the age of 65.

It is noteworthy that Ahmed el-Haggar joined the Higher Institute of Arabic Music, and learned to play the oud and piano instruments.

Haggar started his professional musical career while he was a first year student in college.
