Egypt’s Min. of Tourism & Antiquities organizes tour for “Magic on Ice” team to visit Giza Pyramids

CAIRO – 21 December 2021: Within the framework of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities’ sponsorship of the global show “Magic on Ice”, the ministry organized a trip for the team members to visit the Giza Pyramids area.

The global event is held for the first time in Egypt. It was launched on December 16 and will run until December 25, in the Covered Hall at Cairo International Stadium.

For her part, Head of the Central Department of Local Tourism at the General Egyptian Tourism Promotion Authority Eman Mahmoud indicated that this trip comes within the framework of the ministry's tourism program for team members to visit a number of tourist sites in Egypt, noting that the team members expressed their happiness to see the pyramids, especially the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the only surviving wonder of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

Mahmoud added that the ministry is keen to utilize this event in promoting the Egyptian tourist sites by organizing visits for the team members to enrich their experience in Egypt and acquaint them with the ancient Egyptian civilization.
