Egypt’s Hany Shaker guest at Cinema Culture Palace on Nov. 23

CAIRO – 21 November 2021: On November 23, the General Authority for Culture Palaces will host Head of the Musicians Syndicate Hany Shaker at the Cinema Culture Palace in a symposium entitled "The Problematic Relationship between Art & Freedom of Creativity."

The symposium will discuss the public taste influences and the different artistic trends that have emerged on the scene, which may negatively affect the taste and awareness of an entire generation. These trends do not comply, in their essence, with the message of art that should promote the thought and culture of the people.

This symposium comes to put forward different ideas for youth to understand the correct concept of freedom of expression and the meaning of purposeful art
