CAIRO – 15 November 2021: On November 15, a number of cultural and artistic events will be held in various locations.

The 6th Luxor Poetry Festival will kick off in the presence of Egypt’s Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem. The festival will be held from November 15 to November 18.

The inauguration ceremony will also be attended by the delegation of the Department of Culture in Sharjah headed by Abdullah Al-Owais, and with the participation of 40 poets from 18 Egyptian governorates, in addition to 27 poets who will participate in the festival for the first time.

Moreover, Egypt’s Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem, in the presence of President of the Egyptian Opera House Magdy Saber, will grant the awards of Ratiba el-Hefny’s Music and Singing Competition, which accompanied the 30th Arab Music Festival, at 8 p.m. at the Fountain Theater.

Also, Mega-star Magida el-Roumi will perform a concert accompanied by the Union Philharmonic Orchestra, led by Maestro Nader Abbasi.
