Al-Sennari House, House of Stories to hold free storytelling workshop on Nov. 10

CAIRO – 7 November 2021: On November 10 at 5 p.m., Al-Sennari Archaeological House, in cooperation with “Bayt el-Hawadit” [House of Stories], will hold a free workshop for youth entitled “The Art of Storytelling”.

The workshop focuses on writing personal stories in particular and stories in general. Participants will learn about the tools and art of storytelling and how to use different tones, signs, expressions and techniques to develop their writing style of personal stories that is presented as text or vocally to the audience.

Also, the workshop aims to introduce the importance and status of storytelling and its history, and shed light on its great place in achieving human communication. 

Through storytelling, we can express our feelings, convey our experiences, and share our knowledge.

The workshop consists of 8 lectures, two lectures per week, on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and targets youth of both sexes, from 16 years and above.
