Saudi star Abadi el-Gohar, Egypt’s Mai Farouk, Sarah Sahab to perform in 30th Arab Music Festival on November 3

CAIRO – 1 November 2021: The activities of the 30th Arab Music Festival and Conference will host a concert for veteran Saudi singer Abadi al-Gohar at the Fountain Theater on November 3 at 8 p.m.

Gohar will present a number of his famous works, accompanied by the orchestra led by Maestro Salim Sahab. Gohar’s performance will be preceded with a performance by the Egyptian star Mai Farouk and the rising singer Sarah Sahab.

Meanwhile on the Outdoor Stage, the Talent Development Center [Children’s Choir], under the supervision of the artist Abdel Wahab el-Sayed, will present a selection of the compositions of Arab Tarab starting 7 p.m.

Moreover, the conference held on the sidelines of the festival discusses the theme of the specificity of performance on Arab musical instruments at 10 a.m., with the participation of numerous prominent personalities from various Arab countries.
