Egypt’s veteran star Mohamed Sobhi guest of honor of 40th Sharjah International Book Fair

CAIRO – 1 November 2021: Egypt’s veteran star Mohamed Sobhi will head to the UAE to attend the 40th Sharjah International Book Fair as a guest of honor.

Sobhi is scheduled to stage his newest play “Nogoum El-Dohr” (Noon Stars) on November 4, 5 and 6. He will then travel to attend his honoring and a symposium within the activities of the book fair, and return again to his stage in Sonbol City to resume his theatrical performances.

The 40th Sharjah International Book Fair launches on November 3 and runs until November 13 at the Expo Center in Sharjah.

The fair will host a group of writers, including major literary prize holders, authors of the most famous dramas, and those with outstanding knowledge achievements, in a series of dialogue sessions.

It is also worth mentioning that the play “Nogoum El-Dohr” is written and directed by Mohamed Sobhi, with the participation of writer Ayman Fatiha.

Sobhi’s show introduces 12 new talents into the art scene. The new talents have joined Sobhi’s troupe, "The Actor's Studio".
