Egypt’s Ministry of Culture to hold 1000 artistic, cultural events throughout October in celebration of October Victories

CAIRO – 4 October 2021: Egypt’s Ministry of Culture will organize 1000 live artistic and cultural events across Egypt to celebrate the 48th anniversary of the glorious October Victories.

This is in addition to the special content prepared for this occasion to be broadcast on the ministry’s official YouTube channel and social media platforms.

Egypt’s Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem said that the October victories represent an eternal memory of the Egyptians’ ability to overcome challenges.

The minister added that the October events embody the highest meanings of national unity, manifested in the people's solidarity with the armed forces to achieve the victory.

Abdel Dayem asserted the ministry’s keenness to commemorate this anniversary and highlight its impact on society, especially among youth, to consolidate the values of loyalty and belonging through creative arts, and raise the new generations’ awareness of the issues of the homeland and its history.
