CAIRO – 3 October 2021: On October 2, Ambassador of Japan to Egypt Noke Masaki, visited Gharbia Governorate, where he toured the Temple of Isis in the archaeological area of Behbeit El-Hagar, the Tanta Museum of Antiquities, and the Sayyid Al-Badawi Mosque.

The Japanese ambassador expressed his happiness with visiting these archaeological sites, where he enjoyed the richness of the exhibits, especially the various ancient statues, the statue of Imhotep, and a variety of ancient coins. 

 

 

 

During his tour of the Behbeit El-Hagar temple, Masaki listened to a detailed presentation of the temple’s history.
