CAIRO – 20 September 2021: On September 20, many important events took place.

 

 

Important world events:

 

1187 - Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi begins the siege of Jerusalem.

 

 

1519 - The explorer Fernando Magellan arrives in the city of Saluka with 270 of his men on his round-the-world voyage.

 

 

1792 - The trial of King Louis XVI of France for high treason begins.
