Cairo Symphony Orchestra to perform in Egypt’s Opera House on Aug. 28

CAIRO – 26 August 2021: On August 28, the Cairo Symphony Orchestra will present a concert led by Maestro Mohamed Saad Pasha at the Fountain Theatre.

The program includes a collection of world classics by major authors.

It is noteworthy that the Cairo Symphony Orchestra is the oldest in Egypt. It was founded in 1959 by Austrian maestro Franz Litschauer. 

Since then, it has contributed to enriching the musical life in Egypt by hosting the most famous musicians in the world and also working to encourage Egyptian musicians, composers, instrumentalists and leaders to promote themselves.
