Main representative of JICA: Delighted to visit Farouk Hosni Museum

CAIRO – 25 May 2021: Yoshifumi Omura, the main representative of the Japanese Cooperation Authority (JICA), expressed his happiness to visit the Farouk Hosni Museum, and to see the paintings of the great artists that are displayed, the books, literary works and other works of major writers in the Arab and Western world.

On his official Facebook page, Yoshifumi Omura praised the role played by the Farouk Hosny Foundation for Arts in encouraging creativity and components of culture through competitions and prizes offered in many fields of art.

The former Minister of Culture Farouk Hosni received, at the Farouk Hosni Foundation for Arts, in Zamalek, Ambassador of Japan to Egypt Masaki Noke, the main representative of the Japanese Cooperation Authority (JICA) Yoshifumi Omura and Hany Hilal, the former Egyptian Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research.

Hosni invited the guests to tour the foundation’s museum, in which they saw the distinctive artworks and various aesthetic pieces.
