Several entry scenarios decided for 52nd Cairo International Book Fair

CAIRO – 18 May 2021: The 52nd Cairo International Book Fair will run from June 30 to July 15, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in the Fifth Settlement.

The Supreme Committee of the Cairo International Book Fair, since its first meeting, has developed several scenarios for the entry of visitors to the Egypt International Exhibition Center during the activities of the book fair. 

The committee decided that electronic reservation will be available through the official website of the exhibition, to determine the numbers of entries and exits from the exhibition to prevent congestion at the gates, as is the case with major international exhibitions and fairs.

The committee also set a scenario for setting a specific time for visitors inside the book fair grounds, through a visitor card that is given to the public upon entry, like the Alexandria Book Fair in its last session, provided that the session takes about an hour or an hour and a half for the average visitor. According to this rule, there will be 1000 visitors inside the book fair every 3 hours.
