Egypt’s Min. of Culture’s online Eid al-Fitr celebrations concludes on May 17

CAIRO – 16 May 2021: On 17 May 2021, the Ministry of Culture will conclude its online program on YouTube that it has prepared in celebrations of Eid Al-Fitr, within the initiative “Culture is Between Your Hands”.

At 9 p.m., the ministry’s YouTube channel will broadcast a concert for Cairo Symphony Orchestra with the participation of Egypt’s Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem and Baghdadi Big Band.

The ministry said - in a statement today, Sunday - that the Minister of Culture, during the ceremony, plays on the flute instrument a selection of the most important works written by leading international authors and led by Maestro Magdy Baghdadi. 

Also, one of the rare episodes of the Opera Cultural Salon will be broadcast at 10 p.m. for the first time.
