CAIRO- 24 April 2021: Episode 11 of “El Ekhteyar” ( The Choice) part 2 witnessed a number of events.
Zakaria Younis is about to find those involved in the assassination of Mohamed Mabrouk.
Younis interrogated one of the terrorists named Saad who was involved in the assassination of late great martyr Mohamed Mabrouk.
Saad confessed that Abou Youssef was involved in the accident too.
Younis managed to arrest Abou Youssef from his house.
On the other side Aleya ( Asmaa Abul Yazid) visited her fiancé Youssef el Refai ( Ahmed Mekky) house to discuss with him his decision to break their engagement because he is afraid to die and leave her alone because of the dangers of his position as police officer.
Youssef wasn’t in his house, Aleya met his father ( Hady el Gayar) and she told him if Youssef wants to break their engagement he has to talk to her mother.
Episode 10 of “El Ekhteyar” part 2 melted our hearts with every sense of the word.
This episode housed very special and credible life moments that shed our tears.
The strong grief of Mohamed Mabrouk wife, Rasha (Bushra), the tears that were stuck in the eyes of Mabrouk’s collegeaue and lifetime friend Zakaria Younis( Karim Abdel Aziz) and the sadness of all Mabrouk friends really burned our hearts all.
The episode witnessed the death of another great martyr who is police officer Ahmed el Kebeer when trying to arrest one of those involved on killing Mabrouk along with police officer Youssef el Refai ( Ahmed Mekky).
Under the sever pressure of losing his friend in front of his eyes, Refai telephoned his fiancé Alya ( Asma Abul Yazid) and told her that he loves her a lot that’s why he will break their engagement in order not to make her suffer if he dies.
Episode 9 witnessed the assassination of National Security Apparatus's Lieutenant Colonel, the great martyr Mohamed Mabrouk ( Eyad Nassar) who was responsible for investigating Espionage case of ousted president Mohamed Morsi as well as jihadist cells.
Egyptian megastar Mohamed Mounir sang a special song in ‘El Ekhteyar’ series part 2 tailor made to honor the great martyr Mohamed Mabrouk.
The case great martyr Mohamed Mabrouk was investigating and supposed to give his testimony in charged ousted President Mohamed Morsi of spying for the Palestinian Gaza rulers Hamas.
Epidode 6 of “El Ekhteyar” ( The Choice) series part 2 revealed Muslim Brotherhood plans to groom police officers to include them in their group.

The series was keen to highlight the warm personal relationship between Egyptian police officers through the relationship between the two friends Zakaria Younis ( Karim Abdel Aziz) and Youssef el Refai ( Ahmed Mekky.
“El Ekhteyar” part 2 stabilizes the main principal of Egyptian police and army which is “We never forget our martyrs” as Zakaria and Refai participated in the campaign that revenged for Kerdasa martyr.

Egyptian police forces was keen to protect the lives of all Egyptians, including Muslim Brotherhood followers.
Muslim Brotherhood started doing destructive actions including burning courts, schools, mosques, churchs as well as attacking police stations.
Muslim Brotherhood elements severely attacked Beni Sweif police station and killed its police officers.
Muslim Brotherhood leaders asked people to join them in their destructive actions using religion as slogan and hiding behind it.
Muslim Brotherhood was planning to destroy the Egyptian state but Egyptian police forces succeeded in offsetting their bloody plots.
Episode 5 of “ El Ekhteyar” series houses a real testimonies on what happened at Rabaa sit-in dispersal day.

The number of martyrs from the police forces during Rabaa sit-in dispersal reached 8 martyrs and 156 wounded, and two policemen were killed, and 14 others were wounded during the dispersal of the Al-Nahda Square sit-in, thousands of bullets were seized in Al-Nahda Square.
After Rabaa sit-in dispersal several terrorist cells were formed and their members carried out many terrorist operations that targeted policemen, which resulted in the death of a large number of officers and individuals.
Ministry of Interior succeeded in bringing down a large number of these cells, and the confessions of its members included that a number of them communicated with each other during their participation in Rabaa sit-in.
The number of police forces martyrs, during the month that witnessed the events of Rabaa sit-in reached 114 martyrs, their blood sanitized the streets of Egypt from traitors.
