7th Sheikh Zayed Book Fair launches on April 1

CAIRO – 1 April 2021: Sheikh Zayed Book Fair will be officially inaugurated on April 1 at 1 p.m. The exhibition runs until April 12 at Entrance 2 in Sheikh Zayed City. The exhibition includes many artistic and cultural events and activities for children.

The Director of the Zayed Book Fair said that all precautionary measures to battle the global pandemic will be strictly implemented in all activities of the exhibition.

The organizing committee of the Zayed Book Fair has finished adding the final touches to the exhibition’s seventh edition. The Organizing Committee announced that most publishers have already placed their publications in their own pavilions, revealing that the exhibition includes more than 100 publishers participating directly or through agencies.

The committee pointed out that the exhibition includes many artistic and cultural events and children's activities, occurring with the participation of more than 100 publishing houses, most notably the General Egyptian Book Organization, the Academy of Arts, and Dar Al-Shorouk, among others.
