Emerald Real Estate records profits of 19.05M in 2020

CAIRO – 9 February 2021: Emerald Real Estate Investment recorded a decline in its profits during 2020 by 27.15 percent, to reach LE 19.05 million, compared to LE 26.15 million in 2019.

The company’s revenues dipped to LE 50.62 million, compared to LE 59.32 million in 2019.

During the first nine months of 2020, the company recorded profits of LE 12.61 million, down from 23.32 million during the same period of prior year.

The revenues registered LE 37.4 million of the nine months of 2020, up from LE 44.98 million in the comparative period.

Emerald Real Estate Investment operates within the real estate sector. It has been listed on Egyptian Exchange (EGX) since February 2020.
