CAIRO - 21 January 2021: Planning Minister Hala el Saeed agreed on boosting the budget of both ministries of electricity and housing by allocating extra LE 100 million for each.

 
In a statement, Saeed said the new allocations come as part of the political leadership's interest in carrying out more national projects to better serve citizens.
 
 
She made clear that increasing expenditures on national road projects helped reduce accident rates nationwide.
 
 
She reiterated the ministry's keenness on following up all national projects being implemented on the ground.
