CAIRO – 21 January 2021: Obour Land for Food Industries (OLFI) announced a 5 percent increase in its consolidated profits during 2020, recording LE 310.36 million, compared to LE 295.28 million during 2019.
The company’s financial indicators revealed that sales hiked to LE 2.74 billion by the end of the 2020, up from LE 2.59 billion in 2019.
As per standalone results, the company recorded profits of LE 310.41 million during 2020, compared to LE 294.83 million during the same period of 2019.
Moreover, the company hit profits of LE 74.27 million during the second quarter of 2019, compared to LE 64.56 million in the same quarter of 2018.
During the first nine months of 2020, Obour Land reached profits of LE 239.5 million, compared to LE 240.58million during the same period of prior year.
Obour Land operates in the food, beverage and tobacco sector with a focus on canned food and meat.
