CAIRO - 14 January 2021: The Egyptian Gazette published decree of the President of the Republic Abdel Fatah El-Sisi No. 403 of 2020 regarding the approval of the exchange of letters between the government of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development regarding the agency’s provision of a grant in the amount of €200,000.
According to the issue issued, Thursday, the grant is for financing a project to contribute to creating job opportunities for women in Upper Egypt by improving their capabilities and developing productive groups, signed in Cairo on June 11 and 15, 2020.
The Egyptian Gazette also published Presidential Decree No. 447 of 2020 approving the exchange of letters between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Government of the Kingdom of Spain regarding a grant of €150,000 to fund a project to create job opportunities for youth through training for employment and the establishment of companies for the benefit of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, signed in Cairo on June 22 and 23, 2020.
The newspaper also published Presidential Decree No. 477 of 2020 regarding approval of the Fifth Amendment to the Agreement on Grant Assistance between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United States of America regarding agricultural work for rural development and increasing incomes, signed in Cairo on June 29, 2020.
