Description |
- Vets incoming phone calls for editorial department, directs calls to appropriate people, and takes complete and detailed messages. - Vets incoming emails and appropriately forwards only pertinent messages to editors. - Follows up on media department administrative and HR issues, such as freelance contracts, availability of expenses and freelance pay, visa and press card renewals, letters and faxes for interview requests and photography permissions. - Works with editors to follow up on operational needs such as writer deadlines. - Maintains source/contact database. - Compiles and updates all magazine listings and calendar. |
