CAIRO – 1 March 2020: Sarwa Capital Holding for Financial Investments recorded consolidated profits of LE 406.51 million during 2019, compared to LE 297.81 million during 2018, marking an increase of 36.4 percent.
It also showed that sales revenues rose to LE 2.91 billion during 2019, up from LE 2.37 billion in 2018.
As per standalone results, Sarwa Capital’s profits surged to LE 202.75 million in 2019, compared to LE 17.47 million during 2018.
Meanwhile, the company’s board of directors recommended a cash dividend distribution of LE 116.75 million of the year, recording LE 0.10 per share.
Sarwa Capital Holding for Financial Investments is listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) since October 2018,operating within the diversified financial sector focusing on asset management & custody banking.
