ALEXANDRIA, Jan 11 (MENA) - The volume of trade exchange between Egypt and China is expected to rise by more than 24 percent in 2020, President of the Association of the Mediterranean Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ASCAME) Ahmed el Wakil said.
In 2019, the volume of trade exchange between Egypt and China recorded $11 billion, el Wakil said at a conference organized by the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce.
The continued meetings between President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping strengthen bilateral relations and bolster cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, investment, education, and technology, he said.
