Cairo, Berlin probe means of fostering bilateral cooperation

BERLIN – 1 September 2018: Egyptian Ambassador to Germany Badr Abdel Aati discussed on Saturday with Minister President of Thuringia state Bodo Ramelow means of fostering bilateral cooperation as well as boosting investments and German tourism to Egypt.

The meeting was attended by a raft of businessmen at Thuringia, who are interested in investing in Egypt in various fields, topped by clean energy, agriculture, information technology, transport, tourism, construction and health care.

Ramelow, along with the German businessmen, said they have a serious desire to cooperate with Cairo in all fields in light of the advantages offered in the Egyptian market.

The two sides also probed cementing relations in the university education field via partnerships between Egyptian universities and their German peers.
