CAIRO - 30 July 2018:Minister of Public Business Sector Hesham Tawfik had talks with India's Ambassador to Egypt Rahul Kulshreshth on means of promoting bilateral cooperation in various domains.
In a statement on Monday, the ministry said the talks tackled available opportunities of cooperation between India and public sector companies.
He noted that several industrial sectors would benefit from India's expertise.
The ambassador reviewed the Indian economic and technical cooperation program which organizes free training sessions to hone skills of Egyptian cadres in various scores.
He also referred to the credit lines extended by the Indian government to African states to develop governmental companies.
He lauded the fruitful cooperation between Egypt and India, underlining India's interest in boosting investments in Egypt.
The volume of trade exchange between the two sides stood at about dlrs 3 billion.
