Dollar exchange rate stable at Egypt's major banks

CAIRO, March 29 (MENA) - The US dollar exchange rate was relatively stable at Egypt's major banks on Thursday.

The dollar rate reached LE 17.55 for buying and LE 17.65 for selling at the National Bank of Egypt.

At the Arab African International Bank, the dollar rate stood at LE 17.57 for buying and LE17.67 for selling.

At Banque due Caire and National Bank of Greece (NBG), the dollar exchange rate registered LE 17.58 for buying and LE 17.68 for selling.

The dollar exchange rate stood at LE 17.59 for buying and LE 17.69 for selling at the Commercial International Bank (CIB) and Bank of Alexandria.

At Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, the dollar rate reached LE 17.62 for buying and LE17.72 for selling.

The dollar rate went up by one piaster, recording LE 17.56 for buying and LE 17.66 for selling at Banque Misr.

At Al Baraka Bank, the dollar exchange rate upped by two piasters, recording LE 17.61 for buying and LE 17.71 for selling.
