National Bank of Egypt (NBE) - Reuters
CAIRO – 3 May 2017: The National Bank of Egypt (NBE) seeks to install 10 interactive Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) during the coming fiscal year (FY) 2017/2018, which will be added to the already existing one at the bank's head office in Cairo’s Nile Corniche, said Alaa Farouk, head of NBE's retail sector.
The interactive ATMs will allow direct contact with NBE's customer service representatives for any inquiries about the bank's various services and banking products, Farouk added in press statements.
NBE plans to have a million users of the bank's new integrated e-banking services gateway within the coming three fiscal years, he said, noting that some 450,000 clients are currently using NBE's e-banking services.
On Tuesday, the NBE launched an integrated e-banking services gateway which enables clients to check their accounts and process transactions online.
