Emaar Misr records LE 1.46B in net profit in 9 months

CAIRO – 6 November 2017: Emaar Misr for Development posted LE 1.46 billion ($82.8 million) in net profit in the first nine months of 2017, compared to LE 1.063 billion in the corresponding period last year, the company said Monday.

In a statement to the Egyptian Exchange, Emaar said that profits of the third quarter (Q3) alone amounted to LE 479 million compared to LE 372 million in Q3 2016.

Total revenues in nine months recorded LE 2.6 billion, up from LE 2.5 billion in the same period in 2016.

In Q3, Emaar Misr’s net profit marked LE 840 million, up from LE 719 million in Q3 2016.
