CAIRO- 1 November 2017: Foreign and Egyptian investment funds drove Egypt's bourse indices up at the close of Wednesday’s trading.
The market capital gained 36.4 billion pounds today to close at LE 784.9 billion compared with 748.5 billion pounds in the previous month.
The EGX 30 benchmark index increased 3.27 percent to reach 14,342 points.
The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) went up by 1.09 percent to 782 points.
The all-embracing EGX 100 index also increased 2.58 percent to close at 1,768 points.
