CAIRO – 12 September 2017: Egypt is set to receive business delegations from China, Germany, Ireland, Finland, Indonesia and Argentina over the coming few months, the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce (FEDCOC) said Tuesday.
The business delegations are considered to be the fruits of President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi’s latest visit to China and Vietnam, FEDCOC noted in a statement.
FEDCOC’s Chairman Ahmed El-Wakil announced Monday that Egypt will participate in several business conferences in Jordan, Russia, Spain, Belgium, Belarus, Italy and Greece in 2017 to promote investment opportunities in the country.
El Wakil pointed out that Egypt's participation in such conferences and exhibitions has contributed to attracting investments and opening up opportunities in various sectors in Egypt including the Suez Canal Economic Zone and the New Administrative Capital.
