CAIRO – 25 August 2017: Around 95 percent of the residential units, of the Ministry of Housing’s middle-income housing project Dar Misr, in Sheikh Zayed city are built.
Head of Sheikh Zayed City Council Gamal Talaat told Egypt Today that they started
working on installing water, power and gas networks to service the project.
Residential units will be delivered to buyers before the end of 2017, Talaat added.
In efforts to overcome development challenges, several projects have been launched by the Ministry of Housing such as 230,000 social housing project worth LE 31 billion ($1.7 million), 58,000 middle-income units of Dar Misr project, and 150,000 homes in high-end housing projects.
